Getting Started:
Log in to your OnDataSuite Account
2.File CenterEarly Childhood Data System (ECDS – KG) The purpose of the ECDS – KG Collection is to inform parents, school administrators, the public, statewide stakeholders, community, and policymakers about the quality of early childhood education and help direct resources in an informed manner. File Center Data Source (s) Loading TSDS – ECDSThe following TSDS Interchange files are required for ECDS:

a. Interchange Assessment Metadata
To UPLOAD all files into OnDataSuite:
Best Practice: Verify all interchange files sections loaded OK. If not, recognize the missing data may affect certain reports requiring the associated data.
If you do not load the InterchangeAssessmentMetadata.xml or the InterchangeStudentAssessment.xml, your File Center status will show the following for the assessment interchanges. This will not prevent you from reviewing data to verify the appropriate students will be reported in the specific teacher’s course/sections.

Criteria 1 – Teacher Criteria 2 – Service ID (If your SIS loads all course section service IDs in your interchange, you may want to filter for the service ID you assign the Homeroom Indicator code to.) “Report Options”

Submit Ticket – Use to enter a question, problem, or feature request with detailed information and click “Submit Ticket”. As you type in the Subject box, the Knowledge base search results appear to the left to help with answering questions before submitting a ticket. Knowledge Base – Use to search for information on the entire OnDataSuite system.
