CCMR Early Warning System (EWS) – Deep Dive In depth discussion about the entire OnDataSuite file center and how all of its components interconnect to report on student CCMR Progress. At the end of this section of the training, users will have a full understanding of the CCMR EWS reporting system. This session will also help users determine their roles in obtaining and uploading the necessary data as well as provide a path to centralized monitoring and tracking of student progress toward CCMR.

Creating and Using Focus Lists This portion of the training will teach users how to group students into ‘focus lists’ to be applied to their CCMR Early Warning System as well as custom and AdHoc reports in the OnDataSuite system.

Custom and Adhoc Reporting This portion of the training will provide users with the fundamental understanding of how to build custom reports that will query their data files outside of the CCMR EWS reporting tool. At the end of this section, users will understand how to build a solid query from the data files they have uploaded in their file center. Users will also learn about ‘canned’ custom reports that are available in the system.

HB3 Performance Outcomes Bonus Projection through CCMR EWS Report This final portion of the training will provide an overview of how to pull data from the CCMR EWS reporting system to help project HB3 outcome bonuses. We will use C-FBISD CCMR EWS report in example.
