New Advanced Placement Custom Reports – What’s New

OnDataSuite releases two new Advanced Placement reports
With the release of OnDataSuite version 9.6.4 users can now view two new Advanced Placement Custom Reports. These reports are the AP Exam Codes report and the AP Irregularity Codes report.

Location of New Reports
These two new reports can be accessed by logging into your OnDataSuite account and selecting the Assessment tab from the blue OnPoint menu and then selecting the white AP-Advanced Placement link. If you do not see a white link please verify that you have uploaded the necessary files located in your file center. The file center link is located at the top of the window in the black menu bar.

New AP Exam Codes Report
The AP Exam Codes report provides a list of all tested exam codes by code number, exam description, AP score and total number tested.  All reports have been created to allow our users to drill down to the student level from the aggregate total counts.

New AP Irregularity Codes Report
The AP Irregularity Code report was created as a complimentary report to the AP Exam Codes report. This report will pull a list of all the students that tested that may not show up on the AP Exam Code report due to coding irregularities in the file.

Score reporting values
Each AP Exam score is a weighted combination of the student’s score on the multiple-choice section and on the free-response section. While colleges and universities are responsible for setting their own credit and placement policies, AP scores signify how qualified students are to receive college credit or placement. The final score is reported on a 5-point scale:

5 = extremely well qualified
4 = well qualified
3 = qualified
2 = possibly qualified
1 = no recommendation
